• Full-Stack Architecture: Designed and built the entire system end-to-end — a Next.js PWA frontend backed by a .NET API using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and MediatR.
• Offline-First Sync: Engineered offline transaction processing with automatic reconciliation once connectivity returns.
• Hardware Integration: Implemented Bluetooth receipt printing and barcode scanning for real POS hardware.
• Access & Operations: Built PIN-based cashier auth, shift management, and role-based access with multi-tenant-ready architecture.
• Production Deployment: Shipped as a self-contained .NET service with SQLite, actively used by a paying client.
